CvTu provides CV creation tools, and Soma AI provides AI-assisted educational support. Features may change or be updated at any time.

3. User responsibilities

• You agree not to misuse, abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the services.
• You agree not to use the services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.

4. AI content disclaimer (Soma AI and Novara AI features)

• AI output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
• You must review and verify AI-generated content before relying on it.
• The services do not replace professional, legal, academic, or medical advice.

5. Payments and credits

• Paid features and message credits are billed as shown in the product.
• Transaction processing may depend on third-party payment providers.
• Credits and access rules may be adjusted to prevent abuse and fraud.

6. Refunds

Refund decisions are handled case by case, considering transaction records and service usage.

7. Availability

We aim to keep services available, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, or network issues may temporarily affect access.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, abuse, security concerns, policy violations, or legal compliance reasons.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CvTu, Soma AI, and Novarsoftware.ai are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.
